Is it just me, or does this year seem to suck?

I miss being a freshman. Everything was innocent and it wasn't hard to be optimistic about everything. Now it seems almost impossible...

There are several contributing factors. Because your not a freshman, your no longer excited by each new experience. If you have little connection outside of band, it makes it worse. As you progress, you will become more disillusioned with CHS. Additionally, you have plateaued in your experiences. You have to take some risks and make some memories, even if that means circumventing some rules.
